The Charles Slucki philosophy of performing arts eduction is to help drive all students to meet their full potential, not only as performing artists but also as fully rounded creative individuals.

An innovative educator, Charles was awarded Victorian Teacher of the Year in 1995 and has been instrumental in leading teams of young people to excel in all areas of the performing arts. Many of his students have gone on to work professionally in the industry both here and overseas. He is well known for his commitment to excellence in theatrical production, having directed and produced over 360 shows and has taken 17 performing arts tours to the USA, the UK and Japan as well as numerous tours nationally.
